Every Ivy Lane home, new or renovated, follows the same path. At each step you’ll get a clear recommendation, the tradeoffs behind it, and an honest account of anything still unknown.

Conversation
We start by listening: how you live, what you love about where you are, what you want to keep, your timing and your budget. If it’s a fit, we agree on design in writing.

Design & pricing
Plans, materials and selections develop together with pricing, so the design and the number grow up side by side. Proportion first. Trends last.
- 03
Permits
City, county and, on the water, DNR shoreline review. We prepare and manage the approvals and tell you plainly what each one depends on.

Construction
One named contact who knows your home. A written change process, so any change is clear before it happens. Regular updates on what’s done and what’s next.

Keys & warranty
A careful walk-through, the keys, and continued care after you move in.
